Exhibit Hall

The Exhibit Hall will be located in Exhibit Hall B & C in the Huntington Convention Center. The opening reception is in the expo hall, in addition to breakfasts, all breaks, and lunches. ####New for 2019: Beverages and lunch will be available in the “Sponsor Lounge” in the expo hall. Please prepare to have your booths staffed from 8:00am until 5pm, and during the opening reception. It is mandatory that your booth is staffed for the "active times" (see below). Move-in for the Exhibit Hall begins on Thursday, May 2 at 8:00am until 5:00pm. There is an Opening Reception on the Exhibit Floor from 5:30pm to 7:30pm on Thursday. #### Exhibit Floor Times * **Expo:** Thursday, May 2, 2019 - 5:30pm to 7:30pm * Active time is from 5:30pm until 7:30pm * **Expo:** Friday, May 3, 2019 - 8:00am to 5:00pm Active times are: * 8:00am until 9:30am * 10:10am until 10:50am * 12:40pm until 1:55pm * 3:45pm until 4:30pm * **Expo:** Saturday, May 4, 2019 - 8:00am to 5:00pm Active times are: * 8:00am until 9:30am * 10:10am until 10:50am * 12:40pm until 1:55pm * 3:45pm until 4:30pm Move-out for the Exhibit hall booths begins at 5:00pm Saturday, May 4. Everything needs to be cleared out by 7pm. At this point, we transform the Expo Hall into the Job Fair (details for the job fair below). Note: **You have an option to opt-out of the Booth Space in the Exhibit Hall. However, if you do not opt-out before the start of the conference and leave your booth empty, a fee will be applied to your sponsorship. Many companies found good prospects during the three hour event, some receiving hundreds of resumes in a short time. The job fair will be open to the public. Tickets will be available online. This opens up new opportunities to reach the local dev scene, schools, and user groups, and increases the Job Fair audience with quality candidates. * **Date & Time** Sunday, May 5 - 10:00am to 1:00pm * **Location** Exhibit Hall B &C - Huntington Convention Center. The Job Fair is open to attendees and the public from 10:00am to 1:00pm (3 hours). AM Break and Lunch will be served during the Job Fair. * **Move-in** Begins at 8:00am Sunday, May 5. * **Move-out** Begins at 1:00pm. Sponsor material should be cleared out by 3:00pm. * **Layout** Every participant will have a six foot table and chairs set aside for them; we do not use booths during the Job Fair. You are welcome to have a standing banner or customized table cloth. Give aways are also welcome. Conference wifi and standard power will be provided. Note: The Expo Hall with booths is a different event than the Job Fair. We do not reuse the Expo Hall booths for the job fair, the entire room is reset Saturday, May 4, 2019, beginning at 5:00pm.
