PyLadies Auction

We are proud to announce the Eighth Annual PyCon Charity Auction. PyCon 2018’s auction was a huge success raising over $30K! Over 40 items from sponsors and fellow attendees were auctioned off. <div align="center"> <img style="width: 50%" src=""> <br><i>PyCon 2018 Charity Auction</i> </div> This is a fun and entertaining way to support the PyLadies community. A good sense of humor is recommended and bidding is not required. The PyLadies Auction is taking place **Saturday, May 4, 2019, at 6:30pm - location TBD**. A small cover charge ($5 USD) is required for refreshments and can be paid as part of your PyCon registration or at the auction door. Light food will be provided, as well as a free drink ticket and a cash bar. The format of the auction is a mix of live bidding and raffle prizes. Proceeds will go to [PyLadies]( PyLadies is an international mentorship group with a focus on helping more women become active participants and leaders in the Python open-source community. Their mission is to promote, educate and advance a diverse Python community through outreach, education, conferences, events, and social gatherings.
