Samara Sharmeen is a resident surgeon working in Berlin, and a PhD candidate at the RWTH Aachen University. Her current research is on prognostic clinical outcome and 3D-CT volumetric planning before conventional complex two-stage haepatectomy versus Associating Liver Partition and Portal vein Ligation for Staged haepatectomy – ALPPS. Furthermore, Samara has worked at Apple for over 5 years as a Product Specialist.
