Padmaja is a Data Scientist working at Glance, a lock screen content platform. Her focus is on enhancing customer engagement by providing personalized recommendations. She has experience building large scale Deep learning-based recommenders that serve nearly 150 million daily active users.

She enjoys speaking at conferences/meetups on machine learning and data-related topics. In the past, she has spoken at PyCon US, PyCon India and DevConf India. When she is not working on data science projects, she is either busy recording dance videos or planning her adventurous trips.
