Dilip Sharma

I’m Dilip Sharma, a fun-loving and enthusiastic polyglot programmer. I have just joined as a full-time software engineer at Zomato. Zomato is an Indian multinational restaurant aggregator and food delivery company. I’m working in the android team for chat support for the customers. I graduated recently from the Indian Institute of Technology, Ropar(India) in 2021. I am a full-stack developer. I’ve also done a Data science internship in Xlpat, an Artificial Intelligence-based platform for automated patent search tools, where I have worked on Machine Learning pipelines and MLOps. Before that, I did an SRE internship at Gojek.
I like playing around with the software and have a lot of fun working on new projects which helps me gain a wider familiarity with tech tools. I’ve built an Android application and deployed it on Google Play Store, which saves the deleted messages by anyone in WhatsApp. The app has over 3 Million downloads on Play Store.
I’ve gained experience over several languages and libraries, some of my most favorite ones are Python, Go, C/C++, Java, JS, ReactJS, Flutter, CSS, HTML, Android Studio, Tensorflow. I strive to write code clean and pleasant enough to read and understand while following best practices.
