I am a student at Walter Payton College Prep in Chicago, with interests in mathematics and computer science. I have been programming in Python since I was 10, and have participated in several hackathons. Projects I’ve created include a lyrics analysis engine, a neural network prediction app, a robot for MIT’s Battlecode competition, and a mobile app to administer and score olfactory tests in the clinical and research settings. I have co-founded a project to use technology to support the conservation and restoration of coral reefs in the Dominican Republic, and have given a talk on this at TEDxYouth@HotMetalBridge.
