Pete has been learning Python since 1998. At Western Digital, he models solid state storage systems using the open source SimPy and Desmod discrete event simulation packages. In past lives, Pete has developed automated manufacturing test systems, implemented video over IP solutions, and hacked his fair share of Linux device drivers.
