Greg Ward

I've been using open source software for twenty years, and contributing to it for almost as long. I started with Python 1.5.1, and am the original lead developer of a couple of standard library modules: distutils, optparse, and textwrap (at least one of which is neither deprecated nor widely loathed). More recently, I've been an occasional contributor to Mercurial.
