Room Sharing

Do you want to share a room at one of the PyCon hotels or another hotel with other attendees?

To list yourself on this page, submit an offer or request below to provide:

• your arrival date
• your departure date
• how you'd like to be contacted
• any additional information that's important to find a suitable roommate

Note: If you see a possible match please make contact and set up arrangements amongst yourselves. Once arrangements are confirmed please select 'withdraw' to remove your request from the list.

Note: If any of your roommates will be arriving separately, be sure to list their names on the reservation as having permission to check in and get a key to your shared room from the front desk by showing photo ID.

When reserving your room, be sure to specify the type and number of beds! Some rooms only have a single king size bed; not ideal for platonic room sharing. Cots may be available, but they are not very comfortable.

Code of conduct: All room sharing requests and offers must observe the PyCon Code of Conduct. Both parties must agree to observe the PyCon Code of Conduct during their shared stay. Code of conduct violations can be reported in the same manner described in our Procedure for reporting incidents.

Caution: Room sharing arrangements are the responsibilities of the individual parties involved. The Python Software Foundation and PyCon Staff takes no responsibility, and cannot get involved in any financial disputes.
