Frances Haugen
Frances Haugen is a Product Manager at Yelp focusing on Content Understanding and Search. She works on how to create experiences users enjoy and value from Yelp's tremendous collection of user submitted content and how to help users reach the information they need when they need it.
Prior to Yelp, she worked at Google for 7.5 years, founding the Mobile Book Reading team and Google+ Search. She has also worked on the Knowledge Graph and developing new ways of presenting content from Books in ways more accessible to the general Internet community.
