I'm a developer for an open source free software start-up in San Francisco. I’m on the five-person backend team and one of two women, a ratio I'm proud of. Our codebase is all Python (2.7) and I've been responsible for various parts. I helped build out the core of our software - which runs on technologies like gevent, Flask, SQLAlchemy, and I now help scale it - I’m currently building a dynamic load-balancer for our Python services. Before moving to San Francisco to be an Adult, I was at MIT where I got a Bachelor's and Master's in Computer Science.
