Emilia Gan

Emilia Gan is currently a graduate student at the University of Washington. She started programming 6 years ago when she signed up for an introductory level class at a local community college. Within days, she was hooked. She now teaches computer science part-time at South Seattle College. Emilia is committed to making sure that her students have as much fun with programming as she does, and has found that a project that allows students to express their creativity is a great way to achieve that goal. This is her first year presenting at PyCon.
