I'm a microbial ecologist that started programming as a hobby about one year ago. I had so much fun that I thought I would like to try to do it full time. Luckily I found a fellowship that allowed me to do exactly that/ While I still do science in microbial ecology, I develop tools to answer a variety of questions in this field and make them available to the public.
