Founder of The Data Scout - an analytics & data products consultancy. I'm an avid outdoorsman & cat lover with 20 years of tech industry experience including analog circuit design for Intel microprocessors, mobile and web development, and analytics. I love Python for its versatility and simplicity, its really a delight to program in. I use Python for ETL solutions, especially with large amounts of data in memory constrained environments. I interact with a lot of web information via APIs and scraping, Python is a really excellent tool for these jobs. This will be my first PyCon!
