Andrew T. Baker is a software developer based in Washington, DC and the instructor for O'Reilly's "Introduction to Docker" video tutorial released in late 2014. He is also the author of spin-docker, a lightweight open-source Platform-as-a-Service powered by Docker and Flask. Previously, Andrew was the Python lead at a small software consultancy in DC.
