Tim Bozarth leads the Box Engineering team in Palo Alto responsible for optimizing long-term developer productivity. By creating a focus on reducing the time engineers spend in the test-feedback loop, while concurrently building systems that reduce the complexity of delivering code - Box engineers are able to focus more on the fun stuff (writing code!) and less on the boring stuff (managing processes).
