Shauna Gordon-McKeon is a consultant and contractor who specializes in building open source tools and communities. As OpenHatch's Program Director, she directs Open Source Comes to Campus, an event series which teaches the tools and culture of open source to college students. She is also the technical lead for Rapid Science, a non-profit aiming to improve the speed, accuracy and openness of translational science. She maintains the Open Science Collaboration blog, a platform for academics and citizen scientists to discuss efforts to make science more open. She writes and speaks frequently about these and many other topics.
