NEW: This year we will be opening the Expo Hall a day earlier. We will kick off the conference with an Opening Reception on the Expo Hall!
The Expo Hall will be located in Expo Hall A in the Santa Clara Convention Center. The Expo Hall will be located outside of Registration and in close proximity to all the sessions. The Opening Reception and all Breaks will be located in the Expo Hall. This will bring in 98%-100% of all attendees onto the floor.
Move-in for the Expo Hall begins on Thursday, March 14th at 1:00pm until 6:00pm.
There is an opening reception on the Expo Hall at 6:00pm.
Expo Hall Times
Move-out for the Expo Hall begins at 5:00pm Saturday, March 16th. Everything needs to be cleared out by 7pm. We will ship back banners to those sponsors who supply us with a shipping account to use. Further details will be included in the Sponsor Manual, which will be sent out later this year.
Important: You have an option to opt-out of the Booth Space in the Expo Hall. However, if you do not opt-out before the start of the conference and leave your booth empty, a fee will be applied to your sponsorship. This can be arranged with our Event Coordinator, Ewa Jodlowska (firstname.lastname@example.org).
In 2012, we had an amazing turn out at our first Job Fair. Many companies found good prospects during the two hour event, some receiving hundreds of resumes in a short time.
In 2013, the Job Fair will be Sunday, March 17th. It will be located in Expo Hall A in the Santa Clara Convention Center. Each participant will have a table reserved for them. Set up begins at 8:00am. The Job Fair is open to attendees from 10:00am to 1:00pm (3 hours). At 1:00pm, Expo Hall A will be cleared out.
Every participant will have a table set aside for them; we do not use booths during the Job Fair. You are welcome to have a standing banner or customized table cloth. Give aways/flyers are also welcome.
Keep in mind, if you do not see what you want, contact us any time. We are flexible and willing to work with you to design the sponsorship package that will fulfill your business needs.
