I’m a Python developer and data engineer working at a cancer research institute, where I build secure, production data pipelines and web applications using Python, Flask, pandas, and SQL Server. My work focuses on delivering validated, near–real-time data to clinicians and researchers through internal applications, while managing the realities of messy input data, performance constraints, and security requirements. I design and maintain systems that transform user-supplied data into structured, standards-compliant outputs, including applications that map clinical data to FHIR resources without requiring users to understand healthcare interoperability standards.
