Carlos E. Berger

I am an Electronic Engineer and Ph.D. in Control of Systems, deeply engaged in research and education, particularly in the application of programming languages to scientific and multidisciplinary fields. I am a full professor at two universities in Argentina, and I also work as an independent developer, actively seeking new opportunities and positions.
