Registration

Registration will open at 7:00 am EST on Wednesday, May 14th.

When arriving, please enter through the East Entrance (facing 10th Street). Head up the escalators to Concourse A to find the registration check-in counter. Please note that you must check in and have your badge printed to enter the Expo Hall.

If you are staying at the Westin hotel, you can enter the convention center through the Visitors Walkway, found on the second floor. Once inside the convention center, take the elevator to the 3rd floor and head to Concourse A to find registration.

Please also note that the registration desk will NOT be open during the post-conference Sprint days (Monday, May 19th-Thursday, May 22). If you are planning to attend any of the Sprint days, you MUST check-in before Sprints start at the conference registration desk, which closes at 1 PM EST on Sunday, May 18th.

Have your ID ready when standing in the queue.

Information Desk

If you have any questions on-site, such as directions, lost and found, or scheduling, head to the Information Desk in Concourse A, where volunteers can help answer them.

Swag Pickup

Any PyCon US conference T-shirts and Charlas T-shirts ordered during the registration process will be available for pickup at the Swag Pickup counter in the Expo Hall located in Exhibit Hall A. Below is the pick up schedule with days and times.

If you provided special dietary requests when filling out your attendee profile, such as Kosher, food allergies, etc., please find a Levy catering staff member at each meal function who will assist you in picking up your special meal or help you identify options that are free of allergens.

David L. Lawrence Convention Center

The David L. Lawrence Convention Center is located at 1000 Fort Duquesne Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. We recommend all attendees enter through the East Entrance on 10th Street.

Attendees staying at the Westin Hotel can enter the convention center through the Westin Hotel Visitor Corridor.

Nursing Suite

Located on the second level by Hall B (next to the glass elevator), the DLCC offers a dedicated space for parents of newborns/infants to be used as a private space. When at the DLCC, please ask a staff member for the location and how to gain access.

Gender Neutral Restrooms

Several gender-neutral restrooms can be found throughout the convention center. You can find each gender-neutral restroom marked with a red “X” via this map here.

Luggage Check

Luggage check will be available at the convention center in Show Office C on Saturday, May 17th and Sunday, May 18th from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm EST.

All items must be picked up by 6:00 pm EST on both days. The room will be locked at 6:00 pm EST. If you miss the pickup window, please come to the Staff Office (Room 306/307).

The conference center will have wifi at the conference. Wifi details can be found on the US PyCon Mobile App and will be posted throughout the conference.
