Baxter Eaves
Baxter Eaves received his PhD in experimental psychology from the University of Louisville in 2014, after which he went to MIT to work on probabilistic programming languages, then to Rutgers University to work on Bayesian Machine Teaching. After a stint in the agriculture industry working on genomics and crop modeling, in 2019 he started Redpoll, an AI/ML research organization with the goal of building machines that work better with people by working like people.
