Mark is a research engineer at Facebook AI Research exploring techniques for secure machine learning. Previously, he led a team researching interpretability methods for explaining neural network models at Capital One’s Center for Machine Learning. Mark also worked on various engineering projects from a real-time notification system for predicting unusual charges to a graph search engine powered by Wikipedia. He enjoys good coffee, math, and editing text in Vim!
