Mike Pirnat has been wrangling Pythons at ecard leader AG Interactive since 2000, where the siren song of Python 1.5 wooed him away from his former life as a Perl zealot. Since then he's guided major technology improvements, battled the forces of darkness (okay, mostly IE and Javascript), and splits his time between leading ninja strike teams, educating the next generations of rising rock stars, and running AGI's annual Hack Day. Mike also contributes to the admittedly rather intermittent "From Python Import Podcast." He feels a bit odd writing any bio other than his usual, enigmatic claim to "counterpoint the surrealism of the underlying metaphor."
