Vendors at PyCon

People or organizations can pay $200 for each 6-foot table they want to use for the three days of the conference. Tables will be located in one of the halls (see map).

Vendors get one (1) 'Vendor' badge registration with each table; additional 'Vendor' badge registrations are $10 each.

Vendors do not have access to the rest of the conference unless they pay for a conference membership.

Vendors should try to staff their tables from after the first Plenary Session (10:30am) to before the last Plenary Session at the end of the day (5:30 on first day, 5:55 on second day, 4:25 on last day). You can staff your table for longer if you like, but the conference organizers doubt you'll get much traffic outside of these times.

Vendors can store merchandise in the same storage area used by the conference organizers. During conference hours, this storage area will be open; outside of conference hours, this storage area will be locked, but unguarded. If you wish to use this storage area, you'll have to sign a liability waiver.

The deadline for requesting a vendor table is Friday, February 16 2007.
