Tutorials are not included in these prices, and cost extra: 1 tutorial=$110, 2 tutorials=$170. There's no student rate for tutorials.

Registration by mail

To pay your registration by check, please send payment in funds drawn on a US bank to:

Please include the information requested on the registration form: each applicant's name, email address, T-shirt size, tutorials (if any), and details of any special dietary needs. We would also appreciate your permission to publish your name in the list of delegates and to email you with further details about PyCon; please specify if such permission is granted.

Free registrations

If you've been told you're receiving a free registration for PyCon, please send your information to <pycon at python.org> and we'll manually add you as an attendee.

Free registration only applies to the three conference days. If you want to attend a tutorial or two, you still have to pay for them at the regular rate (US$110 for one tutorial, US$170 for two). Please mention the tutorials you wish to attend in your e-mail message, and pay the tutorial costs by mailing a cheque to the above address.

Hotel Reservations

PyCon has an obligation to fill a certain number of room-nights at the conference hotel. If at all possible, please stay at the conference hotel and use the hotel's special event reservation page so we get credit. Making reservations through agencies or third-party sites will not count toward our quota.
