Bookstore Party on Saturday Evening (Photo Tour of Store)
On Saturday, February 25, after the last talks are finished, Nerdbooks.com, a local technical bookstore, will be treating us to food and drink at their store!
We now have chartered two 56-passenger buses to run between the Marriott Hotel and Nerdbooks.com from 5:45 pm to 10:45 pm. Everyone come ride along!
As a courtesy to the store, please drop off in your hotel room any books, bags or knapsacks before boarding the bus.

Exit the marriott and head south on the tollway to I-635. You can take 635 to US-75 and then go North on 75 until reaching the E. Collins / Cambell Road Exit. Take that exit and immediately get into the far right-hand lane. Hug the right-hand curb, and you'll be forced to turn right as this lane turns into right-hand turn-only-lane. After being forced to turn right, you'll immediately cross some railroad tracks and a light. You'll then go up a little ramp and merge with E. Collins traffic. You'll go straight through another light (E. Collins and Alma Street). Go up another 1/8th of a mile and turn left onto Firman (Firman is a very, very small street not marked by stop light or stop sign, so look out for it ... it's very close to the intersection of Alma & E. Collins). Once you turn right onto Firman, we're the 3rd building on the left.
Please help us make this a great party by (a) sending us in advance your list of books you might want to pick up at the store and (b) letting us know whether you are going to attend so we can scale the food/drinks appropriately. Note that letting us know you WILL NOT attend is just as important, so we can size the undecideds.
